The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

Estimated Delivery time

  • Outside North America 15-45 Days 

Please note that these shipping times are excluding the processing time.

For the total delivery time, please consider both the fulfillment time and the shipping time relevant to your country.

How do I get my tracking Number ? 

Once the order has been shipped we will send you a conformation email, so you can follow the progress of your order. If you can't find your track order email and order confirmation email please check your spam folder and double check if you entered the correct email,

Lost and Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible or liable for any lost and stolen packages. However, if you have your tracking number we can happily give you a full refund if your package does not arrive.

Incorrect Address 

To prevent any inconvenience, please enter correct shipping address. Incase of any change needed to be made regarding shipping and delivery please notify us as soon as possible at info.jojika@gmail.com

If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us (Jojika) due to an incorrect address, you will need to repay the shipping in order to resend the package.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES/DUTIES

 All import duties/fees very depending on your country's bylaws and where you receive your package. We are not responsible for any custom charges/taxes/ duties that you may have to pay.
